To get started, please read our “Terms and Conditions” and “Privacy Policies”. Once you have read these, please proceed to create your online vendor account. To aid your process, we have put together a guided tutorial on how to sign up.
It takes about 3 – 5 days to have your account reviewed, verified and then activated. Once activated, you will be able to upload your products and set up your brand on Osaze.
To set up your shop , you need to first create a vendor account and await activation. Once activated, you can customize your brand’s unique url, banner, social media links and tell your story to your customers your way using our “About” fields, “size chart” fields.
Setting up your shop on Osaze as a Vendor comes with great perks, including dashboards for monitoring your profits and where they come from. You have access to see customer reviews, where your customers are located and what products sell the best. You can also offer coupons or participate in any of the tagged campaigns Osaze is doing globally.
Yes, your prices are completely dependent on your business model. You may set them up however you want. Please keep in mind that when your users purchase, platform fees (of 10%) and processing fees of (4%) occur. We suggest adjusting your pricing to reflect these additional incurred costs.
Osaze ships both within Nigeria and worldwide and is partnered with DHL to pick up your products and ensure it reaches the customer’s destination wherever that may be so that you may sit back and relax.
Our platform enables single and bulk product uploads. You can customize your size options for your ready to wear clothes or take advantage of our custom order flow.
We push all announcements including business tips, upcoming campaigns and photo shoots that Osaze welcomes your participation in, on the announcement tab on your vendor/seller account dashboard.
We do not currently offer a personalized business consultation and audit for your business. The responsibility of paying taxes and abiding by federal regulations when conducting your business solely rests on you as the business owner. However, we understand that running a business may be a huge burden to bear for some, which is why we are working to provide a future solution to help you as a business owner. When any of these solutions become available, we will push a site-wide announcement to all vendors on our platform using the announcement tab on your vendor dashboard.
