Welcome to a Fun Day getting your outfits the recognition they deserve. Please fill out the form below with all pertinent information. For Instructions, on where the outfits should be delivered, please download the checklist.
Custom Wear and Ready to Wear Products are welcome! Please provide up to 10 of your best products. We will select 3-5 that fit into the campaign look.
Once approved for the shoot, we will send you the sizes of the available models. Please provide outfits in those sizes.
Outfits must be received by August 7, 2023, and will be returned by August 20, 2023.
